  3. The picture of Queen Alexndra is located in the White drawing room. The picture is located on the left side wall, I think it is in hear because she was part of the roaly famiy and must have been very special to them. In the picture she is wearing a small crown and a dress, she is also wearing a dimond necklace (A.K.A chocker) and she is also wearing a blue sash acroos her chest. The painting was completed in 1908. I'm estimating that the photo is worth over $1 million dollers.

  4. The portrait of Queen Alexandra is located in the white drawing room on the the side wall to the left over what apperas to be a fireplace. The portrait was completed in 1908. In the portrait Queen Alexandra is wearing a small daimond crown that was made originally for queen Victoria. She also appears to be wearing a beautiful necklace and a expensive dress. I would assume the portrait to be well over a million dollars. However it is obvious that it is a beautifel picture that fits the room perfectly.

  8. The portrait of Queen Victoria is located at the North end of the White Drawing Room in the Buckingham Palace. It was painted by François Flameng, who finished painting it by 1908. In the picture, Queen Alexandra is wearing a crown made for Queen Victoria, and an order sash. She also is wearing a beautiful choker necklace along with an elegant dress. This painting is very beautiful in my opinion, and must be very special since it is hung in the room that is used as a backdrop for many royal photos.

  9. This week’s Where in the World is the White Drawing room in Buckingham Palace in London, England. This is a beautiful room that is usually used for receptions or big audiences. It is also where the royal family take most of their photos or pose for portraits. There are many amazing things about this room, like the fact that at each ends of the room there are two ebony-veneered cabinets and one of them is even a concealed door! But there is one thing that stands out the most. This is the portrait of Queen Alexandra that hangs on the incredible walls of the White Drawing room. This is a beautiful painting that was finished in 1908 by the artist Francois Flameng. In it, Queen Alexandra wears a magnificent white dress and also a small diamond crown that was made for Queen Victoria. Also in the portrait, if you look very closely you can see that the Queen was wearing her favourite snake bracelet, which she wore almost every time she posed for a portrait. In conclusion, the White Drawing room holds lots of interesting and amazing things and it will surely be remembered for many years to come.

  13. This weeks "Where in the World" is the Buckingham Palace. The Queen Alexandra portrait sites on one of the beautiful, decretive walls in the White Drawing room. This portrait was painted by François Flameng and was completed in 1908. The White Drawing Room overlooks the Palace gardens on the principal floor. It was originally called the North Drawing Room and is perhaps the one of the best rooms of all. The Room serves as a Royal reception room for The Queen and members of the Royal Family to gather for occasions and it is here that guests are presented to The Queen during the many receptions held at the Palace. The Royal family took a number of formal photographs in this room. . This room is very beautiful. This room has many interesting and amazing things that hopefully I could see one day!
